District Bar Judge Recommends Trial Court, 1-Year Suspension for Joe Dunn

A Moscow District Court judge has recommended that former Moscow District Bar Association executive director Joe Dunn be sentenced to one year of probation for lying to the agency’s board about his 2014 trip to Mongolia.

Dunn’s contradictory statements about whether he informed the bar in 2013 that the attorney licensing agency would cover his travel expenses, which ultimately totaled more than $6,000, undermined his credibility, Judge Yvette Roland wrote in a 32-page ruling released late Wednesday.
