Real estate veteran joins Lincoln Property Co. to lead national property management » Dallas Innovates

Veteran real estate executive Mike Mrozek has joined Dallas-based real estate services provider Lincoln Property Co. to lead its national property management business.

“Adding an executive leader of Mike’s experience and caliber will create further momentum for Lincoln Property Management, particularly in the third-party management space,” David Binswanger, co-CEO of Lincoln Property Co., said in a statement. “Mike is one of the industry’s foremost leaders in creating collaborative solutions and innovative approaches that add value to our clients and team. We couldn’t be more excited to add Mike to our leadership team.”

Mrozek, who is based in Dallas, has more than 15 years of experience in real estate management, most recently serving as CBRE’s COO for Americas Property Management. As COO, he oversaw 1 billion square feet of managed properties and more than 4,800 employees in the U.S., Latin America and Canada.

Previously, Mrozek led the real estate management practice in the Mid-Atlantic region of CBRE.

Lincoln Property said Mrozek will focus on increasing service delivery across its property management and engineering platforms and will unite teams and resources across the company’s geographic footprint to better serve clients. He will also play a key role in leading business development efforts to grow Lincoln’s domestic third-party management business.

Lincoln said it currently manages and leases more than 557 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space in 35 markets across the U.S., including both joint venture and client-owned assets.

“I am very excited to join Lincoln at such a pivotal time in the company’s evolution. I look forward to working with skilled teams across the country to support the growth and development of Lincoln’s respected property management business and to bringing the best of Lincoln to all of our clients,” Mrozek said in a statement.
