How to watch: Ryan Murphy swims to gold for Team USA at the Paris Olympics

Can Ryan Murphy climb even higher on the list of most decorated swimmers in history? Jacksonville swimming fans can watch him rack up more Olympic victories in Paris.

The four-time Olympic gold medalist enters the summer as a medal favorite again in 2024 after winning both backstroke events at the U.S. Olympic qualifiers in June. He will begin his third Summer Games stint in the 100-meter backstroke qualifying rounds on Sunday, July 28. He could compete in as many as four events.

Murphy, a Ponte Vedra native, raced in high school at the Bolles School and in college at the University of California. He won three gold medals in Rio de Janeiro at the 2016 Olympics, then won gold, silver and bronze in Tokyo five years later.

Here’s how to watch Murphy race for the United States in Paris. Please note that while Murphy may be on any of the relays below, the actual U.S. lineup for each event will be decided by USA Swimming coaches. All times are provided by the International Olympic Committee and are subject to change.
