BBNaija Season 9 Viewers Will Win N1 Million Each in MyDStv App Prediction Game

The official debut of the 9th season of Nigeria’s most popular reality show is scheduled for Sunday, July 28, 2024.

You can expect some interesting twists and turns in the ninth season of Big Brother Naija.

From a season focused on dynamic couples to the introduction of the new Fave Lock-In system that allows viewers to earn millions by correctly predicting the winners in various aspects of the episode, BBNaija season 9 may be the best season yet.

Speaking at a press conference in Lagos, Tope Oshunkeye, Executive Director, West Africa Marketing, MultiChoice, noted that this year viewers have a chance to win 1 million naira for every correct prediction in the Fave Lock-In portion of the game.

“Since 2020, BBNaija has been giving away $30 million annually to fans who Lock In – You can either lock in the winner or the top three finalists – and in the last four years we have given away around $120 million. This year is different, we are not asking you to lock in the winner, but to predict who will win the immunity challenge,” he said.

With the chance to give fans more gifts this year, the CMO revealed that the brand new MyDStv app will keep fans of the show updated as voting for the upcoming season will take place via the app.

He added: “There is a new My DStv app. All the action around Big Brother, DStv self-service, control and staying one step ahead will be available in a completely new app. Voting for Big Brother will also take place there.”
