CUET UG Result 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the much awaited CUET UG 2024 results, today, July 28, 2024. Candidates who appeared for the national exam can now check and download their CUET UG 2024 results from the official website at exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG.
Initially scheduled to be declared on June 30, the CUET UG 2024 results were delayed due to controversies surrounding this year’s NEET NTA exam, including paper leak, grace marking, and more. The UGC NET and CSIR UGC NET exams were also cancelled due to allegations of paper leak.

CUET UG Results 2024: Exam Overview

The CUET UG exam, introduced two years ago, was conducted for the first time in a hybrid (online and offline) mode. Papers with large number of entries were held in pen and paper or OMR mode, while those with smaller number of entries were held in computer-based test (CBT) mode. This was done to reduce the number of test days and allow students to take the test in their preferred city, thus widening the range of exam centres.
This year, the CUET UG exam was held between May 15 and May 29. Students can access the issued final answer key by logging in with their application number and date of birth. In 2024, a total of 13,47,618 students registered for the CUET UG exam, including 7.17 lakh male candidates, 6.30 lakh female candidates and 7 transgender students.

CUET UG Results 2024: Marking Scheme

For each correct answer, candidates will be awarded 5 marks, while one mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. Questions that are unanswered or marked for review will not be marked. This year, as part of the NTA’s plan to revamp the exam, the CUET UG Result 2024 will not be standardised, a change that has been welcomed by students across the country who were allowed to choose only six papers.
