TBM joins infrastructure project to support renewable energy plans

Twin Brothers joins groundbreaking infrastructure project to support renewable energy plans

The project – located along the northeastern coast of the U.S. – will involve the fabrication and delivery of 3,000 tons (2,721.6 tonnes) of structural components that will be used to create a support facility designed to support multiple wind energy projects.

The facility will function as a mooring base and boat launch point, offer structural maintenance services and support various renewable energy initiatives.

The infrastructure project is TBM’s first major venture into wind power, and the company’s largest renewable energy venture to date. But it leverages its extensive experience in oil and gas.

Production includes rolled tubular structures used for piles, pressure vessels and tunnel linings.
