Dai-ichi Life Cambodia appoints Mah Kin Yoong as new CEO

Dai-ichi Life Cambodia is pleased to announce that Mah Kin Yoong has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This appointment is effective from 1st August.

Mah Kin Yoong brings a wealth of experience and a solid track record in Dai-ichi Life Group. In 2020, he joined the group’s regional headquarters, DLI Asia Pacific Pte Ltd as CEO, leading distribution, digitalization and innovation. In 2022, leveraging his experience, he was seconded to Dai-ichi Life Cambodia as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and then as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2023.

He has served as Acting CEO of Dai-ichi Life Cambodia since January 2024, playing a key role in the company’s growth and expansion. He has demonstrated strategic leadership skills and experience, making him an ideal candidate for the CEO position.
