New £814m Pagabo facilities management structure open to tender

Suppliers can now bid on our latest framework offering, which specialises in helping clients across a range of sectors manage their assets by sourcing facilities management services.

The Total Facilities Management Framework will run for four years, have a total estimated value of £814m and will provide facilities management services (hard, soft or total (combined) to sectors including healthcare, blue services, infrastructure, education and leisure).

Hard facilities management covers the provision of all maintenance and upkeep work – both planned and ad hoc – for a building or wider asset, including aspects such as roofing, decoration, internal fittings and installations, mechanical services, general planned and ad hoc repairs.

Meanwhile, soft facilities management will encompass the provision of services relating to the maintenance and security of a building or wider property, including cleaning, catering, hygiene, pest control, waste management and security.

Jason Stapley, Chief Purchasing Officer at Pagabo

Jason Stapley, Chief Purchasing Officer at Pagabo, said: “All of us at Pagabo are excited that our latest call for tenders has been launched and that specialist suppliers have the opportunity to support a wide range of customers with their facility management needs with these comprehensive solutions.

“In order to maintain the highest standards of compliance with public procurement regulations and given the pressure many companies are under to deliver high quality work, we have extended this tender period to eight weeks instead of six, as it falls over the summer holidays. We expect this will assist many suppliers and maintain the high level of interest our frameworks usually receive.”

The framework agreement is divided into six parts.

  • Lot 1 – Full facility management services up to £1m
  • Lot 2 – Full Facilities Management Services £1m+
  • Lot 3 – Hard Facilities Management Services up to £1m
  • Lot 4 – Hard Facilities Management Services £1m+
  • Lot 5 – Soft Facilities Management Services up to £1m
