EliTe Solar Inc. Names Arndt E. Lutz New Chief Executive Officer

Lutz as the new CEO, effective immediately. With more than two decades of experience in the renewable energy sector, Mr. Lutz brings a wealth of knowledge in solar photovoltaics (PV) to EliTe Solar.

Mr. Lutz’s extensive experience includes key leadership roles and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in the renewable energy industry. He most recently spent several years in leadership positions in the green hydrogen business, working for Nel Hydrogen and New Fortress Energy. He also held senior roles at REC Group and Scatec Solar, overseeing module sales in United States and activities related to the development of projects on an industrial scale and the sale of projects.

As CEO of EliTe Solar Inc., Mr. Lutz will oversee the company’s initiatives in United Statesincluding expansion into cell production, public relations management, financial direction and supporting sales initiatives. He will also support the Company’s strategic expansion projects in Near East AND Europeincluding further activities related to the development of projects in these regions.
