Rethinking Higher Education: Device Program Prepares Students for the Future

Shenandoah University is giving every first-year student an Apple MacBook Pro, iPad, and Apple Pencil as part of its iMLearning program. These devices are not only useful learning tools that students will use throughout their time at the university, but they are also devices that many students will see in the workplace. Matthew Neal, a graduate of Shenandoah’s music production and recording technology program, shared how access to these Apple products has impacted his time at the university, as well as how the skills he learned from using these devices will help him in his new job.
