Official teaser suggests iQOO Z9s series price range in India

The iQOO Z9s series will launch in India on August 21, and the company has revealed a few details about its upcoming devices. While the design details are already known, iQOO has seemingly dropped hints about the possible pricing of the iQOO Z9s series in India. We already know that the device will be available for purchase via Amazon, which has already been confirmed via teasers.

A fresh teaser shared by the company reveals that the iQOO Z9s series will be priced under Rs 25,000. This is written at the bottom of the official image, but it even suggests that this could change by the time of launch. Since the teaser says that the upcoming iQOO phones will be priced under Rs 25,000, it suggests that the Pro could be priced in a similar range. The standard, on the other hand, could cost around Rs 20,000. However, nothing has been confirmed yet and we will get more clarity on this during the launch event.

If this turns out to be true, the new devices will likely pose a very tough competition to rival brands. This won’t be surprising either, as iQOO is known for offering performance-focused phones at an aggressive price point.

The teaser also confirms that the iQOO Z9s series will feature a curved display, which was recently revealed by India Today Tech when it shared the design of the new X-powered phones. The design of the Z9s Pro is inspired by the company’s flagship, the iQOO 12. People will get to experience a premium design in the mid-range segment.

Compared to the iQOO 12, the Z9s model sports a seemingly slimmer body with curved bezels, along with a slight texture on the back panel. So, iQOO has apparently made some cosmetic changes to the design, but it looks great in the image. The question remains whether the device will have a glass or plastic body. The official poster also claims that the iQOO Z9s series has scored 8.2 lakh on the AnTuTu benchmarking platform, which is supposed to be for the Pro variant. The leaks claim that the Pro variant will feature the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, a large 6.78-inch screen, and a 5500mAh battery. The rest of the details are shrouded in mystery.
