Trinity Hunt-backed Dataprise acquires cybersecurity and managed IT services firm Phoenix IT

Dataprise, backed by Trinity Hunt Partners, has acquired Phoenix IT, an Arizona-based provider of cybersecurity and IT management services. No financial terms were disclosed.

Dataprise is a provider of managed services and managed security services.

Lance Meilech served as investment banker on the sale of Phoenix IT.
