Carlo Savino is Vice President of eCommerce Americas at Lenovo, covering North America, Latin America, and Brazil. In this role, he leads the vision, strategy, and execution of next-generation digital commerce capabilities for Lenovo’s online businesses, including Lenovo.com, mobile commerce, and marketplaces. His team is responsible for sales performance, operations, marketing, merchandising, loyalty and retention, offer creation, pathing and navigation, and content for consumer and small business online transactions. Prior to joining Lenovo, Carlo led the U.S. Consumer and Small Business Online team at dell.com, where he was deeply involved in optimizing the shopping experience, mobile platform, personalization, loyalty, and site monetization. He has extensive experience in online marketing and eCommerce, as well as planning, product marketing, product management, business development, and sales, and developing and retaining key talent. Carlo loves building data-driven organizations that define and deliver KPIs while focusing on customer-centric features and experiences. Carlo earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Texas at Austin and actively volunteers with various animal welfare charities in and around Raleigh, North Carolina.
