Scam emails targeting manx.net users

The Government’s cybersecurity office said almost three-quarters of the fraudulent emails it received last month imitated messages from Manx Telecom.

The Cybersecurity and Information Security Office said 990 suspicious emails were reported in July.

According to the statement, 70% of these are phishing attempts, imitating emails from the manx.net domain.
