The government appeals not to blame foreign students for imposing restrictions

Government agencies are publicly expressing their concerns about the federal government’s plans to introduce limits on the number of international students.

This week they asked a Senate committee of inquiry to consider the controversial legislation, as a new document released by the ANU today argues the government has failed to think through how it will implement the limits.
