National Renewable Solutions Announces Promotions to Expand Management Team

MINNETONKA, Minnesota., August 6, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — National Renewable Solutions (NRS or the Company), a U.S.-based renewable energy company founded in 2011, today announced the promotion of four executives to support the company’s growth plans.

NRS will commercialize approximately 1.2 GW of wind, solar and energy storage projects by the end of this year and will transition to owning and operating the projects as an independent power producer in 2025. The Company has a strong history and success in implementing a community-based stakeholder engagement model to deliver its robust utility-scale plan.

Lindsey Ransom is currently the Commercial Director, Mike Peck is the Chief Operating Officer, Vineet Parkhe is the Chief Technology Officer and Ben Klassen is the Chief Legal Officer.

• A founding member of NRS, Lindsey has served as Chief Operating Officer since 2011. As the business grows, she will take on the new role of Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing fundraising strategy, commercial markets and regulatory affairs, policy, ESG and communications functions.

• Mike has served as Senior Vice President of Operations since February 2024supporting the execution of late-stage development projects and preparing for post-commercial operations. In his expanded role, the Chief Operating Officer will draw on his 16 years of renewable energy industry experience to lead NRS in strategically enhancing its operational capabilities.

• Vineet joined NRS in 2023 as SVP – Engineering to build a team and processes that will enhance NRS’ technical approach to development, construction and operations. As Chief Technology Officer, he and his team will continue to collaborate across the organization and drive technical rigor, efficiency and innovation in all aspects of NRS’ operations.

• Ben has served as Chief Legal Counsel since joining the SJC in February 2022. He has brought practical, solutions-oriented leadership to important transactions at NRS. He will now serve as Chief Legal Officer, focusing on risk management and driving legal strategy as NRS continues to grow its portfolio of renewable energy projects.
