Paul Hastings Adds Alex Farr as Global Tax Partner in Dallas

Alex Farr has joined Paul Hastings as a global tax partner in Dallas, the firm announced Tuesday.

The firm said Farr represents private equity funds, portfolio companies, partnerships and public companies, advising on tax matters in connection with strategic mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations.

Paul Hastings said he provides federal tax planning and international tax planning advice on complex domestic and international transactions in a variety of sectors, including technology, energy, healthcare and real estate.
