The brand just announced a major update to its Connect IQ marketplace, enabling premium app purchases directly through Garmin Pay. This will allow users to purchase watch faces and premium apps directly from Garmin. Notable additions include watch faces from Disney, GoPro, Porsche, and TaylorMade.

You can buy all of them within To combine INTELLIGENCE QUOTIENT Storeand Garmin hopes the ease of use will attract more developers to the platform.

New premium offers start at $5 and include:

• Disney watch faces:Including Grogu, Tony Stark, Mickey Mouse, and Minnie Mouse.

• Porsche watch faces:We present digital and analog projects inspired by Porsche.

• TaylorMade watch face:Golf themed face imitating a TP5 golf ball.

• Space-themed watch faces:Including the Moonwalker, Ad Astra and All-Day Astronaut projects.

GoPro camera control app

But there are more than just aesthetic options in the Connect IQ App Store. While several third-party developers have created apps to use the GoPro camera with Garmin watches, the brand has finally released an official one.

New GoPro camera control app allows you to start and stop recording and change modes (e.g. video, photo, and time lapse). You can also create and use different presets. It also allows you to save multiple GoPro cameras in the pairing menu.
