In his new leadership role, Thornton will support the firm’s expansion plans with a focus on Perth. He will also support key sectors such as insurance, aviation, energy, marine and design and construction.

In addition, she will support Clyde & Co.’s global Disputes, Regulatory and Investigations and Corporate and Advisory teams. Thornton said the firm has “enormous potential for further growth” in Australia.
