Hurlburt Field – Air Commandos of the Air Force Special Operations Command bid farewell to Donald Plater, executive director of AFSOC, July 26 as he prepared to retire. Plater, a member of the Senior Executive Service, served with the command for more than five years and has a total of 51 years of federal service.

On July 26, Air Force Special Operations Command Airmen said goodbye to Donald Plater, executive director of AFSOC.
