On-Demand Lawn Care App Now Available in Fargo – InForum

FARGO — Hire someone to mow your lawn without leaving your couch.

Nashville-based Greenpal has launched a service it calls the “Uber” for lawn care services.

People can book a service by providing their lawn along with the date of service and the services they are looking for. Users can then receive quotes and offers from previously vetted lawn care service providers. They can then choose who they want to hire based on the provider ratings, reviews, and prices.

Company co-founder Gene Caballero says the goal is to make a tedious process more convenient.

“If you call five landscape professionals in the middle of summer, you’ll probably get five voicemails,” Caballero said. “Greenpal, fortunately and thankfully, just fit into that dynamic of our day.”

More than a million homeowners use Greenpal, and it operates in over 48 states. For information on how it works, click here.
