‘We are not going anywhere fast’: Albanian government’s renewable energy rollout is a ‘disaster’

National Party senator Bridget McKenzie says the Albanian government’s rollout of renewable energy is a “disastrous decision” and “will not proceed quickly”.

“Australians are starting to realise that the link between ideology and reality is real,” Ms McKenzie told Sky News Australia.

“Their energy production price prospects and the reliability of their energy production will be at risk if we do not deliver real baseload power to the grid.

“They know that deploying renewable energy is a disaster and that it won’t happen quickly.”
