New Delhi: Deadline for filing an objection to CSIR-UGC NET JULY-2024 Common Answer Key is out today, August 11, 2024. The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the CSIR-UGC NET Common Answer Key on Friday at https://csirnet.nta.ac.in/. Candidates who are not satisfied with the answer key can challenge it by paying a fee of Rs 200 for each question challenged as non-refundable processing fee.

  1. Please visit NTA website https://csirnet.nta.ac.in.
  2. Log in with your app number and date of birth. Enter your security PIN as shown and submit.
  3. Click on “View Question Paper” to see your marked answers. To view or challenge your answer keys, click on the “Click to View/Challenge Answer Key” link.
  4. You will see the question IDs in sequential order.
  5. The ID next to the question in the “Correct Option(s)” column indicates the correct answer key to be used by NTA.
  6. If you want to challenge this option, you can use any of the option identifiers listed in the next four columns by clicking the checkbox ☑
  7. Once you click on the option you are interested in, scroll down, select “Save Your Claims” and proceed to the next screen.
  8. You will see a display of all the option IDs you have disputed.
  9. You can upload supporting documents where you can select “Choose File” and upload them (all documents will be placed in one PDF file).
  10. Click “Save your claims and pay the fee” or, to modify your claims, click “Modify your claims.”
  11. Once you have saved your entries, you will see a screen displaying the challenges.
  12. Please pay the fee by clicking on ‘Pay Fee’. Claims will be finally recorded after successful payment of the required fee.
  13. Select your payment mode and pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 200 for each question challenged. Make the payment using Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the Joint Central Scientific & Industrial Research–University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (JOINT CSIR-UGC NET JULY, 2024) on July 25, 26 and 27, 2024, at 348 examination centres spread across 187 cities across the country. A total of 2,25,335 candidates participated in the test through computer-based test (CBT).

The challenges submitted by the candidates will be verified by a panel of subject experts. If the challenge of any candidate is found correct, the answer key will be revised and applied to the answers of all the candidates. Based on the revised final answer key, the result will be prepared and declared. No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/non-acceptance of his/her challenge. The key finalized by the experts after the challenge will be final. No challenge will be accepted after 11.08.2024 (23:50).
