Mobile app makes equipment rentals easier

The AR application allows the user to visualize and arrange equipment in the workplace using a mobile device – phone or tablet.

According to Sunbelt, the app allows for realistic 3D models of equipment to be placed in their target locations and provides technical information that allows the user to review schematics, map safety zones and optimize equipment selection before the construction phase begins.

The company says the app will help businesses identify opportunities to reduce equipment usage, implement more sustainable equipment solutions and reduce waste and transportation costs.
