Mediaone Global Ent peaks after Q1 net profit rises year-on-year to Rs 4cr

Mediaone Global Entertainment topped the year with a 20% growth at Rs 47.40 crore after the company’s standalone net profit rose to Rs 3.77 crore in Q1FY25 from Rs 1.66 crore in Q1FY24.

Revenue from operations stood at Rs 22.02 crore during the quarter, a significant increase from Rs 6.39 crore in Q1 FY24.

Profit before tax (PBT) rose to Rs 5.35 crore during the quarter, compared to Rs 1.66 crore in the same quarter last year.

Total expenses stood at Rs 16.67 crore during the quarter, a significant increase over Rs 4.73 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Other exhibition expenses stood at Rs 0.20 crore in Q1 FY2025, down 16.67 per cent as compared to Rs 0.24 crore recorded in Q1 FY2024.

Mediaone Global Entertainment is engaged in the production, distribution and exhibition of films.
