Sukhpreet Swaran Sandhu joins VAP Group as Global Head of Human Resources

Prior to joining VAP Group, Sandhu led HR at US-based SaaS & Fintech platform ITILITE, where he led the entire gamut of People & HR success and scaled the organization 2x across APAC and US. He also served as the first HR leader at Spinny, where he scaled the organization from scratch to a unicorn with over 20x growth PAN India during his tenure.

Sandhu has also worked at Denave, IndiaMart Group and Myntra-Jabong in various leadership positions, bringing with him a very deep and diverse global experience. He has deep practical and strategic knowledge in building and developing an agile culture, rewards, talent management and leadership development from the grassroots.
