How to watch Friday’s Cardinals-Twins game, which will air exclusively on Apple TV+

When the Cardinals open a three-game series in Minneapolis against the Twins on Friday night, the game will not be broadcast on any traditional television channel.

Fans will need to have Apple TV+ up and running to watch Friday’s game, which is scheduled to begin at 7:10 p.m. CT at the Twins’ Target Field.

Apple has been streaming doubleheaders on Fridays all season. This is the Cardinals’ fourth appearance on the channel this season; most recently last month against the Cubs.

Wayne Randazzo will provide commentary for the game with analyst Dontrelle Willis and reporter Heidi Watney. Ted Barrett and Brian Gorman will join them to explain the rules and decisions.

Apple’s pre-game show will begin Friday at 5 p.m. with Lauren Gardner, former Cardinal Xavier Scruggs and Russell Dorsey.

Apple is also streaming the Cincinnati Reds-Pittsburgh Pirates game, which will kick off on Friday at 5:40 p.m. EST.
