Natural Rubber Exports: Hyderabad-based TRST01 signs MoU with Rubber Board to ensure EUDR compliance

Hyderabad: TrayamBhu Solutions Private Limited (TRST01), a Hyderabad-based sustainable technology startup, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Rubber Board under the Union Ministry of Commerce and Industry to ensure export of natural rubber from India meet European Union Deforestation Regulations (EUDR).
As a technology partner of The Rubber Board, TRST01 will develop and service software solution to be released Due Diligence Certificates to the exporters of natural rubber products in India in accordance with EUDR requirementsit said.
The EUDR, which is scheduled to be fully implemented on 30 December 2024, will impose new requirements on companies supplying their goods to the EU market or exporting outside the EU. Seven commodities, such as rubber, coffee, cocoa, timber, cattle, soy and palm oil, which are used to produce products such as tyres, furniture, chocolate, leather, clothing, natural rubber products, paper packaging and pallets, will be covered.
