F1 Dutch Grand Prix 2024: LIVE! Lando Norris on pole

Norris will be looking to claim his second win of the season after taking a commanding pole position on Saturday.

The McLaren driver deprived his hero Verstappen of pole position with a stunning lap that saw him 0.356 seconds quicker than the world champion – a significant advantage on one of the shortest circuits of the season.

Norris has stressed that starts have been one of his weaknesses this year. It’s only a short run to Turn 1 at Zandvoort, so can he turn things around today and turn his fourth career pole into a second victory?

Verstappen will be determined to stop him and secure a fourth consecutive victory at his home race.
