Roku Renews Jessica Alba’s ‘Honest Renovations’ for Season 3

EXCLUSIVE: Roku has ordered a third season Honest renovationsa series about renovations and renovations, starring Jessica Alba and Lizzy Mathis, who are also its executive producers.

Honest renovations features working mothers and entrepreneurs Alba and Mathis, who help families complete their dream home renovations while confronting parenting challenges through honest conversations.

First season Honest renovations debuted on The Roku Channel in August 2023 and debuted as the #1 title in reach and engagement in streaming hours, according to Roku. It also debuted as the #1 on-demand title on The Roku Channel during the opening weekend of Season 2, August 23-25, 2024.

“We are proud to have partnered with Jessica, Lizzy and the entire production team Honest renovations over the past two seasons,” said Brian Tannenbaum, Head of Originals, Roku Media. “Our streamers love the compassionate, relatable nature of Jessica and Lizzy as they transform the homes of these extraordinary families. We can’t wait to extend the show’s life-changing impact to more families in Season 3.”

The year before, it announced plans for a special Christmas-themed show – Honest Renovations: A Holiday Makeover – for 2024. The special, set to air this holiday season, follows Alba and Mathis as they meet the Paul family of 10 and help them transform their home just before their annual holiday party.

3 Arts Entertainment, MGM Television, Summit House Entertainment and Rahmath Productions will return to produce the series. Alba, actress and founder of The Honest Company, and Mathis, host and founder of The Cool Mom Co., will executive produce along with Dunia McNeily, Oly Obst, Lucilla D’Agostino and Jordana Starr. The series is being executive produced by Olivia LaRoche, Head of Alternative Originals, on behalf of Roku Originals.
