Bank of Russia lowers dollar rate to 90 rubles on September 3 – Business and economy

MOSCOW, September 2. /TASS/. The Bank of Russia set the official dollar exchange rate at 90.0013 rubles on August 20, 1.19 rubles less than the previous rate.

The official euro rate was lowered by 1.5 rubles to 99.2613 rubles. The official yuan rate was set at 12.0532 rubles, which is four kopecks more.

The Central Bank said on June 13 that it would set the official exchange rates for the dollar and euro against the ruble based on banks’ reports on the results of transactions on the over-the-counter currency market.
