Security Industry Veteran James Rothstein Joins i-PRO as Global Director

TOKYO — i-PRO (formerly Panasonic Security) announced that security industry veteran James Rothstein has been appointed Global Executive Advisor.

In his new role, Rothstein will work closely with the i-PRO leadership team to develop go-to-market strategies designed to expand the company’s global reach and drive strategic growth.

i-PRORothstein has more than 30 years of experience in the security industry. He currently serves as chairman of the board of the Security Industry Association (SIA). Prior to joining i-PRO, he was an operating partner at Lee Equity, a New York private equity firm. He also served as senior vice president of global security solutions at Anixter International, overseeing the company’s $2 billion global security and fire protection business.

Previously, Rothstein served as chief sales and marketing officer, executive vice president and general manager of Tri-Ed Distribution, the largest independent security systems distributor in North America, which was sold to Anixter in 2015.
