Moses Tucker Partners Expands to DFW with New Acquisition

Moses Tucker Partners (MTP), a Little Rock-based commercial brokerage, development and real estate management firm, announced its expansion into the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) market with the acquisition of Firewheel Town Village, an active adult apartment community in Garland, Texas. The acquisition, a joint venture with Equity Partnership Holdings (EPH), marks MTP’s first foray into the competitive DFW region.

Located along President George Bush Turnpike, Firewheel Town Village is a premier 55+ community offering high-end amenities and modern interiors, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a heated saltwater pool. Built in 2018, the 154-unit property boasts an impressive 84 percent resident retention rate over the past year, underscoring its appeal and value.

“Expanding into the DFW market is a key strategic move for Moses Tucker Partners,” said MTP President and CEO Chris Moses. “The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is the most dynamic market in the United States for employment and population growth, making it an ideal environment for our company to continue to expand.”

The acquisition is part of a broader strategy by MTP and EPH to establish a strong presence in the rapidly growing DFW area, with additional acquisitions planned in the near future. The DFW metropolitan area, known for its friendly business environment and steady economic expansion, continues to attract institutional investors, particularly in the multifamily housing sector, as demand for housing exceeds supply.

Valiant Residential will manage Firewheel Town Village, ensuring high standards of service and care are maintained for residents.

This expansion reflects MTP’s commitment to expanding its investment portfolio by investing in established assets in markets with strong economies. This will enable the company to continue to achieve success in the Far East and West.
