St. Paul City Council to discuss marijuana zoning regulations at Wednesday meeting

The St. Paul City Council will hear public comment Wednesday on marijuana cultivation zoning as retail sales of marijuana are set to begin next year.

Council members are considering several zoning regulations — one of which would require a cannabis business to be located at least 300 feet from a school. Businesses would also be required to operate surveillance cameras on school grounds at all times.
