Lenny Hochstein and Katharina Mazepa broke off their engagement after a year

Lenny Hochstein and Katharina Mazepa ended their engagement after a year.

The 58-year-old plastic surgeon confirmed to Page Six on Wednesday that the split came a year after he proposed.

“We recently ended our engagement,” Hochstein told the outlet, speaking about his relationship with the 29-year-old model.

Hochstein added: “I have decided to move on with my life,” adding that he wishes Mazepa, who is originally from Austria, “nothing but the best” and that he feels “only love and admiration for Katarzyna and her family.”

Hochstein, who has two children with his ex-wife, Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein, 42, said he was “proud of (Mazepa’s) growth as a woman.”

Hochstein added that he would “be forever grateful for the time” he and Mazepa “spent together.”

According to Page Six, the Cocktails & Gossip podcast Instagram page @bravoandcocktails_ posted a clip of Mazepa in a romantic embrace with a man. Mazepa first posted it as a video on her Instagram Stories.

In the first photo, Mazepa and a man are seen romantically embracing on a boat, and she captioned it: “You jump, I jump… They say all we need in life is a little… push.”

According to Page Six, Mazepa “quickly deleted the video” and posted another frame to Stories featuring the same person, who she tagged in the photo as @tomgasp83, with the name Tom Gasp.

Under the photo (which was still visible on her Stories on Wednesday afternoon), she captioned it: “10 years of friendship with this superman… I am grateful beyond words!”

Mazepa in the photo is embracing Gasp and looking at him, and the photo is from the French hotel The Maybourne Riviera.

Lenny Hochstein first proposed to Mazepa during a trip to Ibiza, Spain in July 2023, before his divorce from Lisa Hochstein was finalized.

Mazepa then posted a photo on Instagram, writing: “Standing on top of an ancient pirate cave, overlooking the sunset over the breathtaking Es Vedrá, he asked to kidnap me from here forever.”

Lisa Hochstein publicly criticized their relationship at the time, posting on social media: “Congratulations to my now-husband and his mistress on their engagement.”

The oceanfront proposal comes more than a year after Lenny – nicknamed the “Boob God” for his plastic surgery skills – filed for divorce from Lisa Hochstein after 12 years of marriage in May 2022.

The split was extremely acrimonious, with accusations of infidelity leveled against Lenny, who was embroiled in a lengthy breakup lawsuit that raged on several fronts.

Lisa Hochstein, mother of nine-year-old son Logan and four-year-old daughter Elle with Lenny, has since developed a romance with businessman Jody Glidden; they have been dating for two years.
