Norwalk-based Infinite Reality Signs Deal with Google

Infinite Reality, a Norwalk-based innovation company focused on digital media, artificial intelligence, spatial computing and other ways to connect the digital and real worlds, announced a five-year partnership with Google Cloud on Sept. 5 to provide the tech giant with brand solutions.

Infinite Reality will help Google Cloud “leverage 3D technology and AI to drive engagement across sectors including e-commerce, sports and entertainment, education, and customer service.”

“Our partnership with Google Cloud catapults our product roadmap and provides us with a level of infrastructure support that is critical to scale. Together with Google Cloud and our customers, we are opening the door to exciting opportunities in the immersive networking space,” said co-founder and CEO John Acuto.

The move is intended to capitalize on the $35 billion market for immersive technologies, as well as the fact that recent research found that 92 percent of Gen Z consumers are interested in shopping with augmented reality.

Anil Jain, Global Managing Director, Strategic Consumer Industries at Google Cloud said, “Cloud-powered 3D worlds are heralding a new era of digital interactions. By partnering with Google Cloud and leveraging our Gemini models, Infinite Reality is redefining customer engagement, enabling businesses to create deeper connections through immersive experiences.”
