Duncan & Toplis acquires Haines Watts North London

Duncan & Toplis, which will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2025, is on track for the greatest period of growth in its history after securing a private equity investment in 2023. The firm’s ambitious strategy is focused primarily on strong organic growth, complemented by a series of highly strategic acquisitions that broaden its service offering to clients and expand geographically into new key locations.

This strategic move will see Haines Watts North London rebrand as Duncan & Toplis, with all members of the team remaining in their roles. Amilios Costa, Managing Partner, will continue to lead the team in this exciting next phase of their growth journey.
