Mubadala aims to take full control of Turkish delivery app Getir

Abu Dhabi’s Mubadala Investment Co. is poised to take sole control of Turkish grocery delivery startup Getir after a power struggle that followed the startup’s collapse amid COVID-19 lockdowns.

Mubadala filed a formal application to take full control of the startup this week, according to a statement released by Turkish antitrust regulators on Friday. Representatives for Getir and Mubadala did not immediately comment.
