Gothenburg: Paid Marketing Specialist at CaMa Gruppen

About the role

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the group’s growth. You will be responsible for performance marketing activities focused on direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels, with a focus on increasing awareness and conversions across portfolio marketing channels (mainly paid advertising within Meta Suite) and other platforms.

Main responsibilities:

  • Targeting, segmentation and remarketing strategies across paid social platforms, primarily Meta Suite
  • Optimization and allocation of marketing spend across channels, countries and product categories
  • Interpret data from analytics and other sources to optimize the performance of your paid social campaigns.
  • A/B testing and continuous iteration to improve your creatives
  • Manage and scale paid social media campaigns across multiple accounts and brands
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes and new features, taking advantage of emerging opportunities
  • Project management to effectively plan, execute and optimize campaigns on budget and on schedule

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have a good understanding and knowledge of the digital advertising world, focused on paid marketing. You have solid strategic and practical experience working with the Meta Suite, and if you have experience with other platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat, that is a huge plus.

In previous roles, you have easily handled the day-to-day tasks of advertising while driving campaign performance. You should also be good at long-term planning and growing accounts over time. It’s important that you enjoy digging into data and always looking for ways to improve. You should be adept at project management, efficient, and focused on getting people to take action.

If you have worked both in an agency and in a company, especially in e-commerce, this is an advantage.   • Experience working with paid advertising on social media and extensive experience working with Meta
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven approach
  • Good knowledge of Facebook Pixel, Facebook Conversion API and Google Analytics
  • A team member who actively contributes ideas and opinions.
  • Both of you should have practical experience at the operational level and in strategic planning.
  • Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Location and beginning

The position is in the Gothenburg office with flexibility. We hope you start as soon as possible, but we are flexible according to the agreement.
