Massive fire devours gadget manufacturing company in Kutch, Gujarat, firefighting operations underway | SEE

On Tuesday, September 10, a massive fire broke out at a factory producing electronic gadgets in the Gujarat city of Kutch. Authorities have not yet reported any casualties.

Images from the area showed a dark plume of smoke rising from the site, which is home to a manufacturing unit. As many as eight fire engines from Gandhidham Municipality, Anjar Municipality and Kandla Timber Association were pressed into service to douse the blaze, officials said.

The cause of the tragedy has not yet been determined, officials said. They added that an investigation has been launched.
