Here are the images and specifications for the Samsung Tab S10 series

The most iconic tablet in the world is the Apple iPad. There is no doubt about it. Things are less iconic on the Android side, but if you are looking for the most powerful tablets you can get that run on the Android operating system, you should look no further than the Galaxy Tab S series.

This year, we’re expecting to see the Galaxy Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra, sans the vanilla model, which has seemingly been confirmed by the latest leak from Android Headlines. The leak also includes images of the upcoming devices and demystifies the specs. Additionally, another leak gave us a look at the pricing. Let’s talk about that.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus is the new entry-level model, starting at $999

Since there’s no base Tab S10 model slated for this year, you’ll have to settle for the Tab S10 Plus if you want the cheapest option. Speaking of cheap, let’s get straight to the price. Thanks to Roland Quandt on the X, we know the Tab S10+ is expected to start at $999 for the 256GB model and go up to $1,119 for the 512GB variant. That’s $80 cheaper than last year’s 512GB option, though, so that’s good news.

The Tab S10+ has even bezels all around — not too thin, not too thick — and a horizontally oriented Samsung logo, a groove for the S Pen stylus, and a dual camera on the top edge of the back panel. The display is a 12.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X “anti-reflective” panel. That means Gorilla Glass Armor or something similar could make its debut on the tablet.

It’ll feature up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage (with a microSD slot), and the chip inside it is still a mystery — admittedly, that’s what I wanted to know the most. It’ll also have a large 10,090mAh battery. There’s a 13MP + 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera combo on the back, and a single 12MP camera on the front.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra introduces more premium features

The Tab S10 Ultra looks more premium the moment you see it, from its larger size to its thinner bezels to its dual-camera notch. Beyond that, it’s easy to tell that both devices are part of the same family. The S10 Ultra sports a massive 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x “anti-reflective” display, and that notch houses two 12MP cameras. Around back, you’ll find the same 13MP + 8MP setup.

The battery is even bigger here, at 11,200mAh, which puts the extra capacity to good use. You’ll be able to get this device in up to 16GB/1TB configurations, and yes, the microSD slot remains. It’ll be 0.2mm thinner than the Tab S10+, at 5.4mm. It’ll also support Wi-Fi 7.

The new tablets will probably appear next month

There’s no confirmation on when Samsung’s new flagship tablets will arrive, but considering how quickly leaks come out, it’s clear we’ll see them relatively soon.

Both tablets will be available in Moonstone Gray and Platinum Silver, and of course, there will be plenty of Galaxy AI magic on the devices. I can’t wait for them to be fully revealed.
