Global Payments still in good shape

We believe the market is concerned about disruption for incumbent payment players such as Global Payments. In our view, Global Payments continues to benefit from a strong competitive position and is successfully adapting to a changing industry. While Worldpay has struggled under the FIS roof, we believe this was due to under-investment, which we believe is not the case for Global Payments.
