Diebold Nixdorf Appoints Kathleen Creech as Chief Human Resources Officer

Diebold Nixdorf, a global leader in transforming how people bank and shop, today announced that Kathleen Creech will join the company as executive vice president and chief human resources officer, effective September 16. She will be responsible for leading employee-centric initiatives across the organization and overseeing the global human resources (HR) strategy for Diebold Nixdorf’s 21,000 employees worldwide.

Ms. Creech has more than 30 years of global talent management experience, specializing in total rewards, leadership development, change management and culture. Prior to joining Diebold Nixdorf, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Snap One, a $1 billion company that develops and manufactures innovative smart living technology and automation products and services for home and commercial use. Ms. Creech also served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Manhattan Associates, a global technology leader in supply chain and omni-channel commerce. Previously, she held HR leadership positions at NCR Corp., Willis Towers Watson and Northern Trust Retirement Consulting.
