PADNOS acquires three locations to expand recycling network

PADNOS announces three acquisitions: Sam Winer & Company Inc. in Elkhart, Indiana; Howe Auto Sales in Bay City, Michigan; and Grandpa’s Garage in Traverse City, Michigan. “These three acquisitions are consistent with our strategy to grow our regional network,” said Jonathan Padnos, president and CEO of PADNOS. “PADNOS looks forward to serving the communities of Elkhart and Bay City while continuing to serve Traverse City.”

Sam Winer & Company Inc. will operate as PADNOS Elkhart. Howe Auto Sales will operate as PADNOS Bay City. Grandpa’s Garage will consolidate with the adjacent PADNOS Traverse City location.
