Ashik Chowdhury appointed as Bida’s executive chairman

Ashik Chowdhury has been appointed as the new executive chairman of Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) for a two-year term with the status of senior secretary.

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a statement on this matter today (September 12).

Further terms of his employment will be specified in the approved contract.

According to the notification, the appointment was made in the public interest.
