In terms of the display, the iPhone 16 Pro sports a 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display with ProMotion technology that offers a refresh rate of 120Hz. The bezels of the smartphone are quite thin compared to last year and it is protected by Ceramic Shield glass. The iPhone 16 Pro also offers 2000 nits of brightness. In the case of the Google Pixel 9 Pro, the smartphone comes with a 6.3-inch LTPO OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of up to 3000 nits. The smartphone is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

Camera: iPhone 16 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro, both the smartphones are known for their top-notch camera capabilities. The iPhone 16 Pro has a triple camera setup that comprises a 48MP Sensor-shift OIS main camera, a 12MP periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom, and a 48MP ultra-wide-angle camera. The Pixel 9 Pro also has a triple rear camera setup that comprises a 50MP main camera, a 48MP telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom, and a 48MP ultra-wide-angle camera. On the front, the Pixel 9 Pro has a 42MP dual PD autofocus selfie camera, while the iPhone 16 Pro has a 12MP camera.

Performance and battery: The iPhone 16 Pro is powered by the new A18 Pro chipset paired with 8GB of RAM, making it faster and more efficient than last year’s A17 Pro chipset. Additionally, the A18 Pro chipset also offers 16-core Neural Engines to handle AI-related tasks. On the other hand, the Pixel 9 Pro comes with Google’s Tensor G4 chipset with Titan M2 security co-processor, which is also claimed to offer promising performance and is capable of handling AI features.

In terms of long-lasting performance, the iPhone 16 claims to offer up to 27 hours of video playback, while the Pixel 9 Pro offers over 24 hours of battery life on a single charge. The Pixel smartphone also comes with a 4,700 mAh battery.

Price: iPhone 16 Pro has been announced with a starting price of Rs 1,19,900 for the 256GB storage variant. Whereas, Google Pixel 9 Pro has been announced with a starting price of Rs 109,999.
