NLRB, DOJ Create Bonds to Protect Workers with Antitrust Laws

Senior officials from the National Labor Relations Board and the Department of Justice emphasized the importance of working together to apply labor and antitrust law to protect workers during a lecture at the City University of New York.

NLRB General Counsel Jennifer Abruzzo and Assistant Attorney General of the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division Jonathan Kanter addressed issues such as employee misclassification, noncompete agreements and mergers during a lecture at CUNY Law School on Thursday.
