Barbara Larson Named CFO of SentinelOne

Barbara Larson, an industry executive with more than two decades of financial operations management and leadership experience, has joined SentinelOne as CFO.

She will oversee FP&A, accounting, tax and treasury, investor relations and internal audit at SentinelOne, as well as other global financial operations, the company said Wednesday.

Larson brings more than 10 years of experience to SentinelOne from Workday, where she held a variety of positions, including vice president of enterprise finance, senior vice president of accounting, tax and security, and chief financial officer.

The CFO also held executive positions at VMware, TIBCO Software and Symantec.

Larson will replace Dave Bernhardt, who will remain with SentinelOne in an advisory capacity through the end of the year, ensuring a smooth transition.
