macOS has a pretty solid search feature that lets you easily find files in the Finder app. However, organizing files into folders can be tricky, especially if you’re used to other operating systems like Windows. Once you do this, the copied image will replace the original icon in Finder. Keep in mind that you can use any image file as an icon, unlike Windows where you have to use an existing icon or convert the photo you want to use to a Windows icon.
