Department of Codes and Regulations orders Louisville Manor Motel closed

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The Department of Codes and Regulations issued a statement Monday regarding the closure order for the Louisville Manor Motel.

“The Department of Codes and Regulations, in cooperation with the Shively Police Department, has taken the decisive action to order the closure of the Louisville Manor Motel. This decision is based on growing concerns and documented incidents of theft, assault, and drug-related activity that posed a serious threat to the safety and well-being of our community.

Our goal is to ensure the safety of all residents, which is why it was deemed necessary and urgent to close this facility. We extend our gratitude to the Shively Police Department for their dedication and will continue to focus on making our city safer.”
